Badeyi - Natural Ethiopia
Badeyi - Natural Ethiopia
This natural lot from Badeyi is a prime example of the juicy and fruit forward offerings that enthusiasts often associate with Ethiopian coffees from Guji. We enjoy this coffee as a refreshing and fruit-forward filter brew offering.
Producer Ture Waji is nicknamed the King of Guji--earned by being one of the producers to pioneer Guji for being known as one of the most distinct coffee growing regions in Ethiopia. Ture has been producing coffee for nine years and his dedication to quality has been in practice from the beginning.
This natural lot from Badeyi was grown in the Uraga district in Guji at very high elevations (~2400m) . Ture bought cherries from 110 smallholder producers in the area and processed them at his station, Dida Hora.
We taste notes of: Plum, Honeydew, and Key Lime
